Sorry if this bursts your appreciation for Maddon, Townsman Oats. A baseball manager could aspire to less. For his mockery of Craig Sager (first vid in this thread) alone Maddon’s welcome to hang in the Halls of Rock whenever he’d like, even if he ends up posting about some German import Was (Not Was) release. Maddon’s Coffee Table Rock Power is a factor to be monitored closely, although his Cool, Hip, and 45 tendencies may leave him prone to inexplicable moves, like starting that young Zobrist guy and his TobyMac walk-up music (following) in Game 1 over Rocco Baldelli and any one of his Holy Trinity of Classic Rock selections.
Note the effect Baldelli has had on this game.
Eric Bruntlett?!?!? What were the odds that he’s get the Phils on the board with a solo home run? Definitely this series’ best whiskers. Tvox made a good call on Werth’s conquistador Look, but it has not played well to date.
