A nice show, Mod. I particularly liked that Spinners tune. And nice to hear Lloyd Cole and that Who song.

I do think, though, that I must be the only RTHer that does not take a shine to Van Morrison.

You are not alone, Lady Miss!

Nice show Mod. Delighted that you took to “Wonderful Remark.” That recording of that song really gets to me. And the Spinners: I have both a one-disc greatest hits of theirs and a two-disc collection, and although none of the songs are at all bad I tend to stick with the songs I know and remember well when they were popular, songs I still really love. They had a really nice run of hits.

  4. Yes, I have a 2-CD greatest hits collection and, like you, rarely venture beyond the 6-8 hits I loved growing up.

Yeah, I’m no big Van Morrison fan, either. I like Into the Mystic because an old friend I never see anymore loved it, but the rest is just okay.
