A rock therapist might ask, Who benefits from this long-running relationship? Check it out. Has John Stamos or any member of The Beach Boys ever benefitted from this? I find it nothing but creepy.

Look, not to put too fine a point on it, but: Brian Wilson has been mentally incapacitated for years now; the Beach Boys had to move on with a suitable replacement for what he brought to the band. Enter Stamos. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

There were clear benefits of bringing in Stamos on the part of Beach Boys Inc. Without Stamos, the only way to get enough attractive younger women to show up at a video shoot and feign interest in mid-80s-and-on Beach Boys was to throw money at them. By bringing in Stamos, they could use the money they saved for more important things, like captain’s hats, teeth-whiteners and lawyers to sue each other.

Stamos also seems like a nice enough guy that he’d remember to gently remind the women in the audience for Beach Boys tapings to try to hide their revulsion whenever Mike Love or Bruce Johnston would dance or wink at them.

Now, what angle Stamos has been playing in all this, that I don’t know.

Creepy? Not as creepy as those ‘journalists’ that work for shows like Xtra and Inside Edition. What kind of lab produces promobots like that? They make my skin crawl.
