I’ll save the most obvious one likely to come to mind for RTHers so that someone who loves the song more than I do can suggest it. I’ll go with Alternative TV’s “Action Time Vision” (I think that’s the title).

CORRECT! That’s the obvious one that came to mind for me. As a side topic, I’m always surprised at how beloved that song is. I think it’s OK, but I never understand the absolute love a lot of like-minded music fans have for it. Maybe part of the problem for me is how bad I think the production sounds. I can’t “get inside” that song in any way.

I never even heard of that song! Is that on one of his early albums, and the title never stuck?
I gotta go with Action Packed. A few people have done it but I’m thinking of Ronnie Dee. I’ve got another one in my back pocket, hopefully I won’t forget it while I think of others.

I worked at a TV station that was in that group — Action 5 News — I had to say that tag line “Funoka, Action 5 News” covering city council, school board, court cases — it was the furthest thing from “action.”
